December 22, 2009
5th of Tevet, 5770

Just wanted to send you a quick reminder about this upcoming screening:

Sat night, December 26 (10th night of Tevet) at 8 PM: Young Israel of Staten Island, NY, 835 Forest Hill Rd.
There will be a second screening of the film on Sunday night,  December 27 (11th night of Tevet) at 8 PM for those who were unable to make it to the second screening.

Also, remember about the following:

January 9, 2010 (24th night of Tevet): Minneapolis Premiere organized by the Minneapolis Jewish Film Festival More information to follow.

The St. Louis Premiere occurred on November 14 (28th night of Marcheshvan) at Washington University.  The screening was sponsored by Bais Abraham Congregation, Nusach Hari B'nai Zion CongregationSt. Louis Hillel at Washington University, the St. Louis Rabbinical Council, and Young Israel of St. Louis. About 120 people attended from the "full spectrum" of the community.  Rabbi Hayim Shafner of Bais Abraham introduced the film, and Rabbi Moshe Shulman of the Young Israel shared some remarks afterward.

If you have an interesting experience or story connected to the film, please don't hesitate to share them with me.  You can simply reply to this email (don't worry, it will only go to me).

I'm happy to say that I will have some news regarding the long-anticipated DVD very soon!  So please be patient, for the time being...
